Description:
Colt 1911 Swenson Custom. Government model 45, manufactured 1968. The pistol is one of 200 that has "HARD" slide that was over-run from the U.S. Army match gun as indicated by the slanted serrations. The gun was sent to Swenson in 1968 for a full house accuracy job, including the barrel positioner and hard cromed frame. The gun has been a " Safe Queen " since. Test targets from Swenson and ad from Louie Alessi advertising the gun in the 1980s, that is when I recieved it. Price $4750 and $100 shipping and handling.
