This is a VERY lightly-used and well cared-for Colt Model LE6920 Law Enforcement Carbine chambered in 5.56 Nato/.223 Remington manufactured in April of 2009. If this Colt has had more than a couple of mags fired thru it since leaving the factory we would be very surprised. It is in excellent all-original condition inside and out with perfect mechanics and a beautiful factory finish. Nothing has been removed, changed, or altered in any way, it is just as it left the factory 12 years ago. This is the very sought-after "RESTRICTED Military / Government / Law Enforcement / Export Use Only" stamped model, and it is 100% mil-spec. The factory finish on this Colt rates 98% plus, with the only deductions coming from some very minor and tiny little handling marks that are only visible under close inspection. As you can see from the pictures, these do not take away from the extremely clean and pristine overall look of the carbine. The bore in this Colt is mirror-bright and perfect, with sharp rifling throughout the bore and with no visible imperfections or erosion. The factory stock set on this Colt is in excellent condition, consistent with the rest of the weapon. Neither the collapsible buttstock or handguards show any damage or wear, and for all intents and purposes look new. The semi-auto gas-operated action on this LE6920 is slick and smooth, and the bolt lock-up is perfect without any slop. All of the controls on this Colt are like-new and crisp, and in perfect working order. This includes the adjustable sight on the factory detachable carry handle. If you have been looking for one of these hard-to-find LE6920 Law Enforcement Carbines for your collection this 2009-production example would be a superb choice.
