Description:
Walther PP that was purchased by the "Reich Justice Ministry" in 1936 and was issued to the Judges, guards and other court officials. The gun is matching and has a mint bore. This is a first variation "RJ" with the high polish finish. Another indicator of this being a first variation is the "RJ" being on the front stap. The finish on this Walther shows very little wear. Please note a very lightly applied "JW" that is scratched on the slide, right above the Walther logo. This is the only detraction to the over all appearance. This was most probably applied by a G.I. on the transport ship home. This was a common practice in case the pistol was stolen from the G.I. If you collect Walther PPs this is variation that everyone has to have. The magazine that is with this fine pistol is the correct magazine as noted by having the Walther banner on it's side. This is a great chance to pick up a rare PP variation at a great price. Check out all the other websights, you won't find another of these in this condition for sale!!
