Description:
This American 12ga double coach shotgun has 30" steel barrels chambered for the brass shell of about 2 3/4" and chokes of : right IM and left is a super , super tight Cyl. measuring about .670" inside the bore. The muzzle barrel ends touch together and doesn't ,look like they had been cut. Has a font brass bead sight that has been there a long time. Even though this may be considered antique it must ship to a C&R or FFL license, no exceptions.The bores are very clean and shiny with very slight speckles near the breech. The American walnut stocks are good, solid with hand checkering and a crack near the top tang from long ago but not loose, or open, and a thin narrwo crakck at the back of the right lock-plate. Both hammer march and work well, and I can see the firing pins. The LOP with an a black hard rubber butt-plate is about 13 1/4". the locks still have strong color case hardening , and the barrels have blue turing to brownish. When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting. To buy a gun from me you must get a direct email for me, with details, and shipping cost.
