Extremely Rare Utica Cutlery original full-length M1905 Bayonet. Stamped 1942, U. C. and U. S. with Ordnance Exploding Bomb logo. Near perfect black Parkerized finish. This is one of very few M1905 bayonets manufactured in 1942 to not be cut down for the M1 Garand. Before the end of the year they started to cut them down to 10" as the standard length.
Condition: Retains nearly 100% of its original flat black finish on metal. Grooved Plastic Grips are near new. Mounting mechanism functions flawlessly. Blade is straight and true. I am not an expert but would rate it at overall excellent condition..”
