Description:
Antique 1799 dated Arabic Flintlock camel gun with a East India Company Mortimer marked lock and blunderbuss (flared) barrel. I believe these were individually made by Arabic tribesman using locks from captured period muskets.  The stock is covered with inlays. Barrel lock and one barrel band are iron with a brown patina.  The trigger guard one band and some of the inlays are brass.  The Barrel is flared at the end like a blunderbus, the interior seems to be approximately 60 caliber.  A large amount of time went into creating all the inlays in this ancient piece. The lock does seem complete and does function but this gun is sold strictly as a conversation piece/wall hanger.  Shipping will be actual cost approximately 25.00.
