Description:
A unique find. Chances like this don't come along often. Kimber imported side by side and over under shotguns in the early 2000's for a few years. They never developed a following like their 1911 and the line was dropped. Anyone that has better knowledge than me, feel free to send me corrections. From what I can find, the Hatfield Maryfair was never imported into the US as Kimber had those rights. However a select few did find their way to the states and this is one of them. The only difference I can find is the word "Hatfield" instead of "Kimber" in the flag on the sidelock and a "minute" difference in the engraving. During the period that Kimber was selling the shotguns, Bud's Gun Shop had the following description:
"The Marias over & under is one of the finest shotguns available today.
