Description:
Ruger Super Black Hawk early version, long frame, in factory Mahogany case. Serial number 1473 the SBH is new in the case where it has been since purchased by the first and only owner (other than me!). As typical with these there is muzzle where it has rested against a wood block in the case and a spot of surface discoloration on the ejector rod housing. The is the “long frame” version and is note by the marking on the inside of the grip, see pictures. There were only 300 made of this version so it is quite scarce and very desirable. 7 ½” barrel. On the bottom of the left grip panel there is a small dent in the wood, also a product of sitting in the case!
