Description:
A fine war time WW1 Colt 1911 45 auto, mfg. in 1917, sn. 174277. barrel has the H & P stamp, bore is ok shows some use/wear and fine pitting. Blueing is the War time peak finish. Slide would rate 99% & frame would rate 95+%. Original wood grips in very good condition. Magazines are lanyard type and magazine pouch is the officers style with the eagle buttons and OD lanyard with snap end.
Action locks up tight. The Colt shows service use but no abuse. Sold as pictured and as described only. Please feel free to ask any question, i am not a Colt 1911 collector so if i missed anything in the description please ask.
