Family owned for 3 generations, Grandfather bought new in 1922, shot approximately 3 boxes of bullets. Has always been stored in a climate controled environment. The blueing and stock are 100% original, check the pictures, bore is bright & shiny. The gun is tight in all ways with hardly any usage. I will include the 147 rounds & case as in the picture. This is one of the most desirable model & 405 caliber going. Teddy Roosevelt called this gun" the big stick" or "medicine gun for lions". I was told there were 200 rounds of ammo bought with the gun. As a package deal I will include the 147 unused rounds in the military storage box with the gun. What you see is what you will receive.
