SUPER RARE. MAUSER (LUGER) P-08, CAL. 9MM, SER. 2603 j. THIS "byf/40" BEAUTY IS FITTED WITH THE VERY RARE KREIGHOFF GRIPS. IN 1940 MAUSER RAN OUT OF WOOD FOR GRIPS. KRIEGHOFF WAS TOLD TO SEND MAUSER A SMALL QUANTITY OF THEIR BROWN PASTIC GRIPS. THIS BEAUTY HAS AN ORIGINAL PAIR OF THEM. THE GUN HAS RETAINED ABOUT 90% OF THE FACTORY FINISH. THE ONLY LOSS THERE IS, IS FROM HOLSTER WEAR SHARP, EDGE SILVERING AND SOME SLIGHT TONING OF THE GRIP STRAPS. THERE ARE NO RUST SPOTS, RUB MARKS OR SCRATCHES. ALL NUMBERS MATCH AND THE CORRECT WAFFENAMTS AND NAZI EAGLE/SWASTIKAS. THE BARREL IS PRISTINE LIKE THE REST OF THE GUN, SUNSHIINE BRIGHT WITH RAZOR SHARP RIFLING.
