It is legal for you to ship a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer. Also, we do not reimburse FFL transfer fees or shipping. We may charge a 20% restocking fee for returns.

After a phone call to Smith and Wesson we found out that this Model 38-44 was made in 1956.With the exception of one minor chip in the grips (pictured) it is in excellent condition.The bore is shiney,there is only a minimal drag line on the cylinder and the bluing is remarkably good.This was a private purchase,not a pawned gun and the previous owner obviously took good care of it.We will ship this revolver
to any other FFL holder in the lower 48(see exceptions)for $35.Any purchases over the phone by credit card are subject to a 3% fee. 150319
