Description:
About 10,000 of these rifles had their rifled barrels bored out and were converted to blank firing trainer rifles between 1905-1921. As a part of this process all markings, including the mum, were ground off with the characters ? ? ? being stamped in its place. These translate to " Blank Firing Gun". None
