*** SOLD *** SOLD *** 1978 Savage 99A Series A "saddle gun" (serial# C864996) in the 243 Winchester with 22" barrel, shiny bore. It remains in excellent condition and the action locks up tight. The wood is the same walnut darkness on the stock and forearm, but the photos were taken with bright outdoor lighting, giving a different outcome. One of America's favorite calibers for hunting, with both young and old hunters alike. This would make a lightweight, fast handling, easy to pack rifle for just about any hunting situation. $50 S&H to most of the lower 48. Eight far west states at $60 S&H.
