1923 L.C. SMITH HUNTER ARMS FULTON, NY. FIELD GRADE 12GA. SIDE BY SIDE 30" SHOTGUN MISSING FOREND. Serial number "588XX" and matching with barrel flat having "R" prefix(regular frame). 30" full and full choked barrels are reblued with markings and solid matte rib still with crisp checkering. 2 3/4" chambers. Extractor. Dbl triggers. Automatic three position safety. Frame blued over what would have been case colors a long time ago. Original stock sound with 14 1/4" length of pull over original hard rubber plate. Some old lacquer over original finish with wrist checkering wearing thin. Stock still solid of construction and inletting still good with no weather anomalies. Some crazing to lacquer from storage but should refin fine as never been taken down. Missing forend.
