NEW IN BOX MODEL 94 HIGH GRADE, LIMITED EDITION CENTENNIAL 1894-1994 .30 WCF RIFLE. These are some of the most beautiful of the '94s ever made. They came in Grade 1 and High Grade variations with the latter being the most fancy. This High Grade features an amazing piece of exhibition grade walnut with truly outstanding grain and color! (photos don't do the wood justice) It is pistol gripped with the correct 1894-1994 Winchester marked hard rubber grip cap. It also features fancy patterned sharp cut engraving on the pistol grip and forend. The 26" half-octagon barrel with half magazine is marked "MANUFACTURED BY THE U.S. REPEATING ARMS CO., NEW HAVEN, CT USA" as well as "WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL ESPECIALLY FOR SMOKELESS POWDER," as on early Model 1894s. It also is stamped on the right flat of the barrel, "1894 - 1994." The receiver is engraved with scrolls and gold inletted borders with a gold white tail deer on the right side and a bighorn sheep on the left side. It also features a rifle "crescent" curved butt plate, folding tang sight, buckhorn rear barrel sight and blade/bead front sight. The barrel is caliber marked "30 W.C.F." as was stamped on pre-war 1894s. A gorgeous, unfired rifle with the original box, hang tag, warranty card, extra sight aperture etc.
