Here's a model 61 that has been taken care of very well.
It's very clean inside and out. Probably spent very little time
in the field. It has the grooved receiver ready for a scope if you want.
The model 61 Pump action .22 rifle was and still is the most popular
.22 rifle in the land. If you ever shot a pump .22 at a circus you can bet it was a model 61.
They are known for being very dependable, don't jam, and very accurate
shooters. This one has been in a humidity controlled room for a long time.
There's no rust , chips ,cracks, and the like. The finish is excellent.
This little guy is highly sought after by collectors. Value is going up ,up,up.
This 61 just so happens to be 61 years old, looks maybe 6 years old.
