Description:
~Walther P.38 9mm semi automatic German military service pistol, AC code, dated to 1943. This pistol features the iconic P.38 design in its original military configuration, with a semi automatic DA/SA hammer fired mechanism, a slide mounted decocker, and original military grip panels. The pistol is in excellent working order wit ha smooth action and a nice bore, with some cosmetic signs of age, such as areas of scuffing on the grips, and an area on the right side of frame where it would appear that someone took a rotary bit and removed some former markings, as shown in the photos. The pistol is all matching with all of the correct components, and despite the few small areas of scuffing, this is a very nice example of a Walther P.38, perfect for your collection!
