Surgeon Rifles Scalpel, 6.5 Creedmoor. This precision rifle is brand new in the box, direct from Surgeon Rifles to me, an authorized dealer. This rifle is built on a McMillan A3-5 tactical stock, features a 24" Bartlein Heavy Palma, 1:8 twist, with a Surgeon PSR muzzle brake. There is a Seekins rail under the fore end for mounting an Atlas bipod(the one pictured is not included, but I'm a dealer for Atlas, and can provide one at an additional cost), has a 5 round Accuracy International magazine, and a Trigger Tech trigger. Comes in a large Plano rolling hard case, with certificates of authenticity. Note also, this is a Prague, OK, marked action! NO SALES WHERE PROHIBITED. Texas residents subject to state sales tax.
