Description:
This is a Winchester Model 12 “Black Diamond” in .12 ga. Manufactured in 1917. It has been refinished by factory employees Bill Smith who re-blued it and John Durkin who checkered it. The finish is 98% with extraordinarily strong lettering. The wood is spectacular with only a few minor handling marks. There is a small crack on the forearm which has not "traveled". The action is smooth and tight.
