Description:
This is a choice condition 1886 Winchester Takedown Rifle in 33 cal. Manufactured in probably 1930-1932. This is one of the very last. Serial no. 159981. These late guns don't letter from Cody. Barrel has 99% original blue, reciever has 97%. Original wood finish is all there. Just a couple of handling marks. 24" Barrel . Perfect bore. Ivory bead front sight. Rear dovetail has a factory filler for sight as the rifle is equipped with a Marbles tang peep sight. Screws are all perfect. Buttplate is also perfect. This rifle was used or shot very little.
