Description:
You'll be hard pressed to find a finer centerfire engraved german double. In th 1860's the Daws action came to be for shotguns. This underlever has a unique cam action and articulating barrel for loading. 2.5" Brass is still available. Tars horn trigger guard is rear of the engraved steel. Fine crotch turkish walnut Monte Carlo RH stock is finely embelished with sling mounts and fully engraved gold embelished butt plate. Bore on left barrel is bright, Right bore has discoloring on 10% towards the inside 6" from the muzzel.
Nothing on this shotgun is of the normal. It is truly a fine and extremely rare example of the 1800's Germany Gun Guild.
