Description:
Weatherby XXII made by Nikko in Japan in late 1970's. These Weatherby XXII's were some special rifles that had to meet Roy Weatherby's strict standards of function, appearance and workmanship. The XXII was a semi-auto rifle but could be converted to a single shot with the flip of a switch. This rifle has exceptional walnut stock with light color and dark figure streaks throughout the entire stock making it the most beautiful XXII stock that I have ever seen. Rifle has rich dark blueing on the metal parts without any flaws, and wood does not show any nicks or handling marks at all. It is in like new condition and possibly unfired, but I can't be sure of that. It would rate a 99% condition overall and the nicest Weatherby XXII I have ever seen or handled. Ship to FFL only.
