Chambered for the 3 1/2" Magnum load and proved 10-89 Bores are as new. Brass front bead and small white mid-bead. French Gray action body with bolsters, sideclips, double underlugs, and rib extension crossbolt. Double triggers. Reciever with 40% coverage scroll engraving with Acanthus Leaf on the action balls. Stocked in fairly straight grained European Walnut. Pistol grip buttstock with point pattern checkering, and beavertail forend with Anson release. 14 1/2" LOP to a Pachmayr vented pad. DAC - 1 1/2" DAH - 2 1/4" Neutral cast. Weighs 10lb 7oz This gun is tight and on face. Barrels ring with a pronounced chime. It does not appear to have been fired much. Barrel and trigger guard blue remain at 94%, stock finish at 96%, and checkering at 90% with some flattening on the forearm. These early post-war Belgium 10 gauges are infinately better than the Spanish crap that flooded the market in the 60's and 70's. The Neumann is the Cadilac of the Belgium 10 gauges and this one with five Briley screw in chokes and choke tool. Ready for the goose blind or spring turkeys. SOLD |
