S&W Army Model 1917. The butt, cylinder and barrel have matching numbers. The crane and receiver numbers match. Frame is stamped with the government inspectors stamp. Timing is good and lockup is tight. Bore is bright with no pitting. No import or rebuild stamps. Barrel is stamped "United States Property". No cracks or repairs on the walnut grips.
