Offered is one of the most beautiful rifles I have ever had the pleasure of owning. This Stephen O'Dell Natchez Rifle hand crafted by Matt Avance of Tennessee Valley Muzzleloaders of Natchez, Mississippi is in near mint condition with only minor signs of firing. The bore is excellent, wood has a couple of very minor dings and there is some minor staining at the muzzle. This rifle is .45 Cal., has a 32 inch DeHass barrel, and an L & R backaction lock, fitting of wood to metal and metal to metal is excellent. double set triggers and brass fittings. I was told by the former owner that it is an exceptional shooter and he considered it one of the finest rifles in his collection. Weight is 6 1/2 pounds and the LOP is 14 inches.
