About as nice and original as you are going to find. Original, untouched from the same estate collection of over 50 years. This Colt revolver was made in 1898 (serial number 109,xxx), 4 1/2" barrel and retains 95%+ bright, original nickel. The pearl grips were probably never removed from the revolver until I did so. There was some oxidation just under the edge of the grips, possibly caused by the nature of pearl as this is the second revolver from the same estate to have this, both with pearl grips. Negligible. The pearls on this revolver do have a chip or flake on the left panel. Screws, hammer and trigger fiery blued. Seems to operate as it should, locks up tight and shows very little use, if any. Bore is bright, rifling sharp. Much nicer than my terrible pictures due to reflection off bright nickel. Worthy of being in any collection. Shipped to an FFL licensee only for $35.00 in the lower 48 states.
