Description:
Parker Bros. VHE 16 gauge built in 1926. This gun has 28" Vulcan steel barrels choked improved modified (.023") and full (.031"). The gun is in excellent condition, retaining 95% of the original barrel blue, 95% of the original wood finish, and 25% of the original case colors. The boresa are mint and free of any rust,dents,or pitting. The ejectors are timed and strong. The stock is sound with no cracks or damage. The stock has a 147/8" LOP over a pad. There is 137/8" to the end of the wood,so a correct buttplate can be added with a 14"LOP if needed. The gun is built on a #1 frame and weighs 6-8. The barrels are on face and lock up with no play. This is a Parker that would make a great dove or pheasant gun or a vintager clays gun. C&R eliglble.
