The forend has the banjo forend release, indicating that it was made before 1930, 1929 to be exact. This is a 70% condition gun and they only made less than 2,700 410s of all grades and of those 2509 were field grades. Of those 2509 only 20% had ejectors. It retains the original black plastic butt plate and grip cap on the pistol grip stock with a 14" length of pull; the drop at the comb is 1-1/2"; the drop at the heel is 2-3/4". The checkering has very good definition. The barrels are Armor Steel and they are choked full and full. The chambers 2-1/2" and the bores are bright and shiny. There is some roughness on the bottom of the barrels toward the muzzle. The little gun weighs 5 lbs - 12 oz and swings like a wand. Get ready for the doves and the quail. This would make a great upgrade candidate if someone wanted to turn a dream into reality. SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes Serial Number: FWE117163 Barrel Length: 26 |
