1 of the Last reciever up Custom Built Model 70's to leave Winchester prior to it's sale. 1: 12 RH 24" Schnider custom crowned barrel, Mauser claw feed honed bolt, custom 3 bl trigger and floor place with expended tang. H.S. Precision Kevlar/Carbon fiber bedded stock all topped off with a Leupold Mk III.
Sniper Central has a fantastic writeup on this rifle which verified Winchesters claim of < 1/2 min groups.
