Description:
This Enfield No. 4 Mk.1 bolt action battle rifle in .303 British is in good condition. The blued barrel and receiver frame are good, with blue fading in several areas. The blued 25" barrel is very good with sharp clear rifling in its bore. The factory trigger is still firm and crisp on release. The smooth dark walnut stock is good with the expected dents and dings from war time use, but less than thought normal. The brass semi curved butt plate is good with a trap door that still opens and closes. This Enfield No. 4 rifle is part of the cache that was found after many years in a cave in Ethiopia. This Enfield rifle comes with a 10 round magazine and a cardboard box. .303 British
