Description:
Serial #24245, .38 ACP, 4 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a handsome, 1908-made pistol that retains 85-90% of the original commercial blue finish with silvering at the muzzle, and along the high edges and projections. The slide is unnumbered, which is correct for pistols in this serial number range, most of the original bright fire blue remains on the trigger, and the spurred hammer has a commensurate amount of original color case-hardening remaining as well. The checkered hard rubber Colt grips are in excellent shape with only very minor wear on either panel, and some minor flattening of the points. A single original unmarked magazine is included. This is a great looking Model 1903 Pocket in fine-near excellent original condition, and would compliment any collection of high grade Colts or semi-automatics. FFL or C&R
