Description:
Collectible Aimpoint 1000 Red Dot Optic is made in Sweden. The Aimpoint1000 optic known for its quality was used by all branches of the US military.
I purchased this Aimpoint back in 1989 with the intention of using it on my.45 Cal Colt 1911 National Match shooting bullseye competition.
However, there was too much bounce, and had a problem finding the red dot so I just put it back in the box it came in. This is essentially
a rifle optic and there are lots of info on the Internet and YouTube about this optic.
There does not seem to be an adjustment on the size of the red dot. However, it has a nice feature by turning the filter on the front of the optic,
you will eliminate most of the glare. Thirty years ago there were not many choices in Red Dot optics.
