Revolutionary era British Blunderbuss
Having a brass barrel transitioning from octagonal to round, signed "London" and with two British proofs (crowns); barrel length14-1/2 in., tapering to 1-1/4 in. interior opening; flintlock mechanism signed "Grice" and with chased decorated hammer, brass trigger guard with acorn finial and butt plate; wooden ramrod with brass end wood stock with some alligatoring.

Condition: Very good. The brass has an even aged patina. A number of handling marks on wood stock. Minor crack top of the forehand.
