Lightning Broadway Trap model in excellent plus overall condition. Choked full/full, single trigger with ejectors, LOP 14 1/2". Mfd in Belgium in 1967.
The Browning Superposed Lightning over-under Shotgun was the last gun designed by the legend, John M. Browning, a shotgun which would cement his legacy as one of the most respectable arms makers to ever live. John Browning liked the idea of a unified target plane of the over-under variety, and sought to make a version available to the American market. Manufactured by FN out of Belgium beginning in 1931, the Superposed has stamped diamond-checkering at the forearm and pistol grips and a golden single trigger. Just behind the barrel release is a safety mechanism, and Browning's signature engravings on the finish of each side between the front and rear grips.
