Description:
Caliber 45-70 Govt. 30-1/2 inch part octagon barrel that has been professionally relined, full length mag tube, pistol grip stock and crescent butt. Sights include a base for globe style front sight, Lyman No. 6 rear sight and a Vernier long range sight on the tang. Markings on the bbl are "Slotter Los Angeles CA". Barrel and mag tube retain most of a quality blue. Receiver retains most of the restored case colors as does the hammer and lever. Functioning double set triggers. Wood is VG refinished condition. Hard rubber Winchester grip cap. Mint bore. Crisp tight action. This is a handsome semi-deluxe 1886!
