Description:
This is a CMP HRA that went through final overhaul/inspection by Springfield in 3-65. These rebuilds are highly sought after because every part was inspected and worn parts changed with new parts. This rifle has the original HRA rear and front sights, the operating rod and original 2-56 barrel with ME of 2 and TE of 3+ with the chamber in the white. When it came through the CMP they installed a brand new stock which locks up tight like a new rifle. There is a new SA bolt and trigger assembly which explains the silky trigger pull. This is a Service Grade rifle as authenticated by the armorer. The gas cylinder lock was skillfully cut and spot welded which insures that the tolerance is like new. The SA 3-65 is etched on the bottom Right leg of the receiver as seen on picture #9. I will sell this rifle for $1450 which includes delivery in a CMP hard case to a current CL03 C&R or CL01 FFL.
