We offer you a “SCARCE” Krico Model 640 S Sniper Rifle chambered in .223 Remington.
The top of the barrel is marked; “BEEMAN PREC. ARMS, SAN RAFAEL-CA – CAL .223 REM. - MOD. 640S SNIPER”. At the receiver is an “Eagle / N - IJ – followed by an ULM antler proof. The date code of “JD” tells us it was manufactured in 1986 making it a early production rifle. The front left receiver ring has the “Eagle / N then the serial number “616228” followed by the Krico logo in an oval then “KRICO GMBH STUTTGART MADE IN W. GERMANY“. It wears a heavy tapered matte finish barrel that is 18 1/2 inches in overall length. The bore is excellent with no issues with the finish showing scattered light surface marks. The stock finish is in the same condition as you can see with a L.O.P. of 13 3/8 inches over the original solid pad. The rifle comes with one factory original magazine and the leather sling as pictured.
