1988 Smith and Wesson model 629-1 wearing a 3 inch barrel ,beautiful Smith and Wesson round butt finger grove grips, made from Goncalo Alves hard wood with Silver Smith and Wesson medallions. Realeased in limited number by Lew Horton distributors. 1988 was first year for this Factory Blue hard case numbered to gun. Warranty card. Red front sight insert with White outline rear adjustable sights. Chambered in powerful .44 Magnum cartridge, able to take down any North American large game alive. Ideal carry Bear gun for those of you lucky enough to have them in your area. Stainless steel construction for ease of maintenance. Gun comes with additional set of shock absorbing rubber Pachmeyer grips for keeping the Pristine wood grips looking new and taking some of the sting out of a range session. Gun remains in very good to excellent condition.
