Colt Root 2nd Model .28 Caliber Revolver. Cased in factory case with all accessories. Manufactured approximately 1856. Numbers are matching. The cylinder scene is perfect. Action works perfectly. The revolver has 93-95% bright blue with some light flaking. The grips are beautiful original Ivory and they make the cased set really stand out! The case has an Eagle and stars with shield flask, case key, nipple wrench, correct Colt’s patent bow leg brass mold, and Eley cap can. The case is an original factory Root case in excellent condition with original lining. This is an outstanding Root 2nd Model with case and accessories.
