Description:
General Specs: CSMC, Year 2017, 20/28Gauge, Weight 6lbs 7oz; 6lbs 4oz, Chokes: screw-ins
Serial Number: A10-000775

Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing (CSMC), under direction of its founder Tony Galazan, is well-established as the preeminent maker of American double guns and for good reason.  For nearly 2 decades CSMC has produced side x side shotguns the likes of A.H. Fox, Winchester Model 21, and even some Parker shotguns, all faithful reproductions of the original, only better!  CSMC has developed many of its own makes and models that have proven successful, like the RBL, the M21 over/under, the Inverness, the Revelation, and the flagship A. Galazan Over/Under.  Perhaps the most innovative and most celebrated CSMC creation is the A-10 Over/Under full sidelock that can be had in plain models to the most elaborately engraved and finest stocked double guns a gunner could ever ask for.  CSMC has complete control of all parts manufacturing and quality control as they are all made and assembled in their factory, not outsourced the way most makers do today.  You can see this strict and fanatical drive for quality in this A-10 Rose & Scroll model that we offer for sale here today, with its finely sculpted frame, HAND DETACHABLE SIDELOCKS, AND GORGEOUS WOOD.  Research the A-10 and you will see reviews from the country’s most respected experts hailing the A-10 as perhaps the finest over/under made anywhere, and at an extraordinary price point.  Makers from England and Europe produce hand-detachable sidelock O/U guns in prices ranging from $50K to over $150K and the A-10 compares favorably feature for feature, and in quality of execution.  This fine A-10 is the Rose and Scroll model produced as a 2-barrel set with 32” 20ga. barrels and 30” 28ga. barrels, both with screw-in chokes for great flexibility.  This gun is AS NEW, WITH NO MARKS IN WOOD OR METAL, AN HONEST 99.5% GUN WITH ONLY THE SLIGHTEST WEAR ON THE HARD EDGES OF THE RIB AND TRIGGER GUARD.  It is tight as new on the hinge and breech face and has barely been shot.  The extra-cost features include Exhibition wood, Truoil finish, the extra set of 20ga. barrels, gold inlay eagle in forend, and the Custom Shop fee required to deviate from the stock gun.  Study the photos and you will observe the fully figured buttstock has equal figure on both sides of the stock, the engraving is clear and sharp with beautiful case colored action, precision built in every facet to include the wood-to-metal-fit, metal fit, and just drop-dead gorgeous good looks.  What a racy looking gun with the 32” barrels and English style stock.  Weighing just over 6 1/4lbs. with either set of barrels and balanced to perfection, this is a gun that can be enjoyed pursuing upland game or crushing clay targets on the sporting clays range.  Housed in an aluminum hard case with heavy canvas cover, the set is ready to travel.  Each set of barrels has 5 screw-in chokes to cover all your shooting requirements.  To order today with the options and features found on this gun would cost over $23,000.  As many as you will see for sale, there is not another set like this one on the market with the small-gauge long barrels and Exhibition walnut stocks.  Just in time for the opening of the dove and upland game season, and for your practice sessions at the gun club, we have priced this set affordably so you can treat yourself to a special firearm that will be enjoyed for decades and handed down to the next generation of shooters.  Thanks for looking!
