Desirable 44 WCF caliber. 24 inch octagon barrel and full length mag tube. Barrel and mag have a good amount of thinning original blue turning a plum color. Excellent bore. Good traces of case color on the frame, hammer and lever. Original sights. Pistol grip 3X grade wood is fine condition with most original varnish and typical handling mars. Rifle style buttplate. Crisp action. Hard to find a Deluxe Model 1873 in 44-40!
