Description:
This Enfield No. 4 Mk.1 battle rifle in .303 British is in good condition. The blued barrel and receiver frame are good. The blued 25" barrel is very good with sharp clear rifling, though dirty. The factory smooth dark walnut stock is good, maybe better than could be expected from a WWII battle rifle. The dents and dings just add to its character. The brass butt plate is good with a trap door than opens and closes. This Enfield rifle comes with a 10 round detachable magazine and a cardboard box. This Enfield was part of the cache that was found in a cave in Ethiopia after many years. Own a piece of history with this Enfield No. 4 Mk. 1 today. .303 British
