Description:
This Enfield No. 4 Mk.1 battle rifle in .303 British is in good condition. The blued barrel and receiver frame are in good condition. The blue is fading in many areas and gone in others. The blued 25" barrel is very good with sharp clear rifling in its bore, though dirty. The factory blue single stage trigger is still firm and crisp on release. The brass butt plate is good with a trap door that opens and closes. The smooth dark walnut stock is good with many dents and dings from use and handling. This Enfield rifle is far from pristine, but rather a collectible shooter grade. This Enfield rifle was part of the cache that was found after many years in a cave in Ethiopia. This Enfield No. 4 Mk.1 comes with a 10 round detachable magazine and a cardboard box. Own a shootable piece of WWII history with this Enfield rifle. .303 British
