This rifle was manufactured in 1911 with a 26" barrel and takedown feature which was available on order beginning in 1909. The takedown functions as it should with no play in the barrel threads. It features a Marbles Tang Sight with a filler where the rear sight was located. Factory Rocky Mountain front sight. The original bluing is very good with slight freckling around the top of the rear tang. The wood is in very good original condition with a perch belly stock and crescent buttplate. There is a very fine tight hair line crack in left top tang. I tried to get it in the picture, but is barely noticeable. The barrel has good rifling with slight frosting. I've shot it and it shoots good. I'm asking $1000.00 + $50.00 shipping and insurance to a C&R or FFL. It'll be shipped in a hard case USPS priority mail signature required. USPS money order or Cashiers check. 3 day inspection with no disassembly , I'll return your money minus shipping if something is totally misrepresented. Any questions email, call or text 920-373-4244. If I don't answer leave a message, my phone blocks unknown calls.
