Colt Navy London Made
According to Colt this Gun was made and put together in London in 1853, Serial # 32150, the London made guns, has the London marks on them as you can see this Gun has the London marks, on this Gun they cannot produce a letter for it was made in London they only show the date it was made. They said when Colt closed his shop in London lots of left over parts were shipped back to the US and put together here even though they have a London address, I bought this Gun in Virginia years ago, I asked Colt how they thought the gun got over here, they said during the civil war some of the London made gun made it here for the south, it is a nice collectors gun
