Sale pending #720197 Webley & Scott Mod 720. 20 Ga 2 ¾”cased.
Imported by Service armament Co. Ridgefield NJ . 26” barrels with shinny bores and chambers , original blacking in 95% plus condition. Bores measure .615” with .010” and .018” constriction. Sk2 and Light Imp Mod. Wall thickness are .029” and .033” . The action retains 99% of the original case hardening colors, 80 % scroll engraving coverage . Tight on face and a lot of bolting reserve. In perfect mechanical order. Gun has double triggers, auto safety, “screwgrip “top lever spindle, Southgate ejectors. Straight stock with teardrops, splinter forend, 14 5/8” LOP over a checkered butt, with 1 7/16” and 2 3/16” drop and 5/16” cast off. The wood finish and checkering remains in 95% original condition . The gold escutcheon has initials on it but shallow enough to be polished out if desired. The gun weighs 5Lbs. 9 Oz and balances ¼” in front of the hinge pin.
