This is a very nice refinished Winchester 1892 Take-Down in .44 W.C.F.. The rifle has a 24 inch octagon barrel with a gloss finish. The edges are sharp and the markings are crisp. The walnut stock and forearm are also refinished and are free from dings and dents. The stock has a nice gloss finish. The take-down work like new with the turn handle bring loose (looks like a missing spring)? The rifle looks nice enough to get a win at deer camp but not so nice (being refinished) you can't hunt with it. .44-40 Winchester
