The Model 1909 Argentine Mauser was designed to emulate the patterns and functions of the famous Gewehr 98. Beginning its initial production in 1090, this German made rifle is considered by many to be the finest version of a Mauser rifle ever created. This rifle bears a rear sight is a military-style tangent which is adjustable up to 2,000 meters. A blue finish and European walnut stock are also included in this design. Firing a 7.65 Argentine, this is an iconic service rifle, and remains highly sought-after by gun collectors worldwide.
