Beautiful condition late WWII production Springfield M1 Garand. Wearing one of the nicest pieces of wood we have ever seen on a Garand. Tiger striped tight grained wood stock in top condition. Metal on this rifle looks almost unissued. Period sling. If you are seeking a battle worn ragged Garand ,this is not the one. It looks like it did the day it was handed to an American defender. Rifle appears to be all Springfield and not a mismatched armorers rebuild. Throat measures:1 Muzzel measures:1. This one will be missed.
